Unused means the account has not consumed any generation credits and the service has not been meaningfully used after purchase.
This policy helps us provide a fair experience for customers while protecting the service from abuse and excessive chargebacks.
Refunds are generally not available if any credits have already been used, the request is made after the 7-day period, or the account shows signs of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent behavior.

We review refund requests as quickly as possible during business hours. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
