AltTextMaker provides an AI-powered tool that generates alt text for uploaded images. The service may also include account management, credit usage, purchase history, and related features.
Eligibility and accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, or harmful content; interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service or its security; attempt unauthorized access to the website, API, accounts, or infrastructure; reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or by our written permission; or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the AltTextMaker website, software, brand, and related content remain with AltTextMaker or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and the alt text results generated for your use, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Some features require credits. One-time credit packs are valid for the period shown on the pricing page and expire when the validity period ends. Subscription plans renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle. Unused monthly subscription credits may reset at the end of each billing cycle according to the plan description. Prices, plan details, and credit allocations may change from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy
Refund requests are handled according to our separate Refund Policy. In general, digital products, consumed credits, and already used subscription benefits are not refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by support.
User content
You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use that content. You must not upload content that violates any law or third-party rights.
